SCOOTER BROTHERS ENTERPRISES, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure that our e-bikes and services are accessible to all Americans.

2. Standards & Conformance

We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which is the industry standard for web accessibility. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide array of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

 

3. Measures to Support Accessibility

To ensure a high-quality experience for all users, we have implemented the following on our Wix-hosted store:

  • Keyboard Navigation: Our site is designed to be navigable using only a keyboard (Tab, Enter, and Arrow keys).

  • Alt Text: We strive to provide meaningful "Alternative Text" for all product images so screen reader users can understand our e-bike features.

  • Color Contrast: We use high-contrast color combinations for text and buttons to ensure readability for users with low vision.

  • Consistent Layout: Our navigation and store structure are organized predictably to help users find information easily.

  • Accessible Forms: All contact and checkout forms include clear labels and error messaging.

4. Technical Specifications

Accessibility of SCOOTER BROTHERS ENTERPRISES, LLC relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:

While we strive for 100% accessibility, there may be some limitations. Our store is built on the Wix platform, and occasionally, third-party apps (such as specific "Track Order" widgets or social media feeds) may have technical constraints that are outside our direct control. we are actively working with our vendors to ensure these components are as accessible as possible.

Accessibility adjustments on this site
