SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship outside the USA? No. We ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses due to battery regulations.

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed in 2–4 business days. Freight transit usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.

Will my e-bike arrive assembled? Your e-bike arrives 85–90% assembled in a large box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals. We include the tools needed, but we recommend a professional safety check at a local bike shop.
BATTERY & PERFORMANCE

How far can I go on a single charge? Most of our models offer a range of 25–60 miles depending on rider weight, terrain, and level of pedal assist used.

How long does it take to charge? A full charge typically takes 4–7 hours. We recommend charging during the day and never leaving the battery unattended overnight.

Is the battery removable? Yes! All our e-bikes feature removable, lockable batteries so you can charge them inside your home or office.
LEGAL & SAFETY

Do I need a license to ride these? No. Our e-bikes are compliant with US Federal Class 1 & 2 regulations, meaning they do not require a driver's license, registration, or insurance in most states.

Are your e-bikes waterproof? They are water-resistant (rated IP54 or higher), meaning they handle rain and splashes well. However, you should never submerge the motor or battery in deep water or use a pressure washer to clean them.
