2. E-COMMERCE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services and may result in the cancellation of any pending orders.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

  • Accuracy: We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Errors: We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased will meet your expectations exactly, as colors and specifications may vary slightly due to monitor displays or manufacturer updates.

  • Exclusivity: We ship exclusively within the United States. Any orders placed for international delivery will be cancelled and refunded minus any transaction fees incurred.

4. E-BIKE SAFETY & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Crucial Notice for All Buyers:

  • Local Laws: E-bike regulations vary by state, city, and county. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the e-bike you purchase is legal to operate in your specific area.

  • Safety Equipment: We strongly recommend the use of a certified helmet, lights, and reflective gear at all times.

  • Assembly: Our e-bikes are shipped partially assembled. For your safety, we strongly recommend that a professional bicycle mechanic performs the final assembly and safety check. SCOOTER BROTHERS ENTERPRISES, LLC is not liable for mechanical failures resulting from improper self-assembly.

5. LITHIUM-ION BATTERY WARNING

By purchasing our e-bikes, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with high-capacity Lithium-Ion batteries. You agree to follow all manufacturer guidelines regarding:

  • Charging procedures (never leave a charging battery unattended).

  • Storage (keep in a cool, dry place away from flammable materials).

  • Transportation (batteries are classified as HAZMAT and must be handled according to DOT regulations).

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. In no event shall SCOOTER BROTHERS ENTERPRISES, LLC, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or injury/death resulting from the use or operation of our products. Cycling involves risk. By purchasing, you voluntarily assume all risk of loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while using the product.

7. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFO

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
